It is a choreography and contemporary dance program introduces the participant’s approach to increasing physical fitness, enrich motor skills, coordination and enhances social skills. It also increases muscular endurance, builds balance, as well as encourages teamwork and group skills.


Objectives and Outcomes

This Program Supports the ability of participants to build their self-confidence, helping with balance, concentration and improving fitness.

At the end of this workshop, each participant will be able to do the following:

  • Trust themselves and their abilities, their colleges and their instructors.

  • Identify the importance of telling their stories through movement.

  • Communicate with each other smoothly through developing some listening strategies to help them in their daily activities.

  • Use their imagination skills, Creative engagement, development skills, and tools of expressive movement.
